CTD kills three terrorists in Bannu, Charsadda operation
PESHAWAR: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has killed three terrorists in Bannu and Charsadda.
According to the Central Police Office Peshawar, the CTD took action in Bannu and Charsadda during which three terrorists were killed.
According to police, two terrorists were killed during an operation in Bannu, the dead terrorists were involved in the attack on police constable Arman Khan.
Police officials said that the wanted terrorist Javed Khan was killed during a raid in Charsadda, with hand grenade, pistols, primacards and safety fuses recovered.

Earlier, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab had arrested a suicide bomber after an alleged encounter on Barki Road, Lahore.
According to the CTD spokesman, the raid was conducted in the outskirts of Barki to arrest two terrorists on a tip -off. On seeing police, suspects started firing, a suicide terrorist was arrested in a cross firing while another escaped with injuries.
The spokesman said that a suicide jacket, safety fuse wire and ammunition were recovered from the arrested terrorists while a search operation was launched to search for the escaped terrorists.
