Pakistani actor and host Danish Taimoor recently sparked controversy during his Ramzan transmission advocating four marriages. He stated, “Allah has granted me permission for four marriages in the Quran, and I can do it anytime. However, I am not interested in multiple marriages so far.” His remark, “Mujhe Ijazat Hai Chaar Shadion ki Allah ki Taraf Se, Main Ker Nahi Raha ‘Filhal’ yeh aur baat Hai”, particularly the word “Filhal”, angered fans, who criticized him for its inappropriate usage.

Danish Taimoor recently posted a clarification video for his fans, explaining his use of the word “Filhal.” He stated that he frequently uses this word in conversation.

Danish Taimoor said, “I know that you guys are upset with me. Some of my fans think that I disrespected my wife Ayeza but that’s not the case. I love my wife. I often use the word ‘filhal,’ which refers to the present situation. I believe that we all will die one day, so I don’t think or talk much about the future—I live in the present. I know I mistakenly used this word during my discussion with Maulana. But if you guys think I made a mistake, I sincerely apologize from the core of my heart. I don’t want to upset you; I am here to entertain you. I have dedicated my life to entertaining you, and I want you to be happy just like I live happily in this house with my wife. There are no differences between me and Ayeza—we love each other.”
